INDEPENDENT PROFILE · DYNAMIC PRICING
PriceLabs: pricing, plans and fit.
A standalone dynamic pricing tool that sets nightly rates and minimum stays from market data and your rules, then syncs them to your channels or property software.
When PriceLabs is worth checking
Worth a look: A host who sets rates by hand today, or whose software has no pricing engine, and wants rules plus market data.
Skip it if: Your property software already includes dynamic pricing you have not tried, or you rarely change rates and know your market well.

What the documentation supports
Questions to settle before you subscribe
Use these original acceptance prompts in your own authorized trial. They describe work to verify, not tests HostMetrio performed.
Do the rates respect your floor and minimum stays?
Ask for evidence: Set a minimum price and stay rules, then review the calendar it proposes before syncing.
Until then: Keep sync off and copy only the recommendations you accept.
Does it connect directly to your channel or software?
Ask for evidence: Confirm the exact integration and who owns the rate when two tools can change it.
Until then: Let one system write rates; disable pricing rules elsewhere.
Is the per-listing or the 1% plan cheaper for you?
Ask for evidence: Compare $14.49 per listing with 1% of your monthly booking revenue in the calculator.
Until then: Use the plan that is cheaper in your slowest month.
What we did and didn’t check
We read the official plan documentation linked here. We have not tested sync reliability, message accuracy, customer support, devices or production bookings. Advertised capability is evidence of a vendor’s description, not proof of its performance.
Confirm your exact plan, region, channels, property count, required add-ons and billing period. A subscription that looks inexpensive can still leave out the task you need. The manual option remains a valid alternative if your current workflow is reliable.
