Software stack cost and break-even planner

Choose one job and compare the cost of keeping your current setup with options that address it. Find the time or avoidable expense you would need to recover before you pay.

Editable starting assumptions. Confirm the property count and any prefilled zeros against your actual setup.

Cash commitments and optional time value

Count current tools you would retain. Confirm extra monthly charges from your own quote or statement. Leave extras blank when they are unknown. Enter zero only when you have confirmed none apply.

How the comparison works

Monthly cost equals retained subscriptions plus the option’s base charge and the extra monthly charges you confirm. Annualized monthly costs assume twelve identical months. Upfront annual pricing is shown separately when documented. When an amount is unknown, totals depending on it remain unknown.

Break-even time in minutes equals incremental monthly cash cost divided by your hourly time value, times 60, rounded up. At $30 an hour, $39 per month requires 78 genuinely reclaimed minutes. Time reclaimed has no automatic effect on rental cash flow.
