Educational decision support

HostMetrio offers scenario calculations and research based on public documentation. It does not provide individual financial, investment, tax, insurance, legal or safety advice. It does not establish that a property may legally be rented short term, and it does not predict bookings, income, platform ranking or returns.

Verify the inputs and the sources

You choose the rates, costs and occupancy assumptions. Platform fees, vendor plans, prices and laws change; each source on the site shows the date we checked it. Confirm the terms that apply to your account, and consult a qualified professional before a significant financial, tax, insurance or legal decision.

Third-party products and affiliate links

HostMetrio is independent of the platforms and vendors it covers. Some links may earn us a commission; they are labeled, and compensation never changes our calculations or our order of recommendations. See how links and recommendations work. Your purchase is a contract with the vendor, on the vendor’s price and terms. We do not process purchases, provide vendor support or ask for your platform login details.

Scope and exclusions

The tools use a 30-day month. They exclude tax remittance and advice, depreciation, refunds, discounts, capital expenditure and seasonal forecasting. A full mortgage payment, when entered, is treated as a cash outflow rather than an accounting operating expense.

Intellectual property

The text, calculators, design and original illustrations on HostMetrio belong to MicroDev. You may use the tools and quote short passages with a link back to the source page. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning them implies no endorsement or partnership.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its security, or copy its content in bulk. Automated access must respect the site’s robots rules.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make or losses you incur based on its estimates, or for third-party sites and products. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
