When Touch Stay is worth checking

Worth a look: A host who answers the same arrival, parking and Wi-Fi questions every stay and wants one link guests can open on any phone.

Skip it if: Your property software already includes a guidebook you can share, or saved replies and a printed binder already work.

Check the exact plan and confirm the workflow with your own authorized test before paying.

Questions to settle before you subscribe

Use these original acceptance prompts in your own authorized trial. They describe work to verify, not tests HostMetrio performed.

Which guest questions will the guidebook replace?

Ask for evidence: List the last ten repeated questions and check each is answered on the first screen.

Until then: Add the answers to your saved replies first and measure what remains.

How do guests receive the link before arrival?

Ask for evidence: Send it through your current booking messages and confirm it opens on a phone without an app.

Until then: Keep check-in details in the platform message until the link is proven.

Does the plan you need protect access details?

Ask for evidence: Confirm whether PIN-protected access and offline copies are on your plan.

Until then: Send door codes only in the booking platform message.

What we did and didn’t check

We read the official plan documentation linked here. We have not tested sync reliability, message accuracy, customer support, devices or production bookings. Advertised capability is evidence of a vendor’s description, not proof of its performance.

Confirm your exact plan, region, channels, property count, required add-ons and billing period. A subscription that looks inexpensive can still leave out the task you need. The manual option remains a valid alternative if your current workflow is reliable.
