What does restocking cost per stay?
Short answer. Divide each pack price by its units, multiply by what one stay uses, and add the rows. Divide by your average stay to get a per-night figure you can enter as “other variable costs” in the rental profit calculator.

How to make the number real
- Replace every example pack price with a receipt and count usage across three stays.
- Refill dispensers instead of single-use bottles if your listing allows it; enter the refill size as the pack.
- Keep the cleaner’s labor in the cleaning calculator so it is not counted twice.
