How many sheets and towels does your rental need?
Short answer. One set on the bed, enough sets to cover the laundry cycle, and a spare. With same-day washing that is three sets per bed; a two-day laundry service between back-to-back stays needs four.

How the count works
- Sets in the laundry cycle = laundry turnaround ÷ shortest gap between turnovers, rounded up, and never less than one.
- Sets per bed = one on the bed + sets in the cycle + spares for stains and losses.
- Towel sets follow the same rule per guest. Mattress protectors: one per bed plus one spare for every two beds; pillow protectors assume two pillows per bed plus a spare pair for every two beds. These are planning rules, not standards.
