Ask for evidence: Get the per-listing price for your exact count and billing term, plus every add-on you need.
Until then: Budget from the published starting rate and treat add-ons as unknown until quoted.
What happens when you pass three listings?
Ask for evidence: Ask how a Lite account moves to Pro, what the quote is and whether data and automations carry over.
Until then: If growth is likely, compare a tool whose pricing covers five listings publicly.
Do changed and cancelled bookings sync on every channel?
Ask for evidence: In an authorized trial, change dates on one channel and confirm the calendar, message and cleaning task update.
Until then: Keep one authoritative calendar and check it daily until accepted.

We read the official plan documentation linked here. We have not tested sync reliability, message accuracy, customer support, devices or production bookings. Advertised capability is evidence of a vendor’s description, not proof of its performance.
Confirm your exact plan, region, channels, property count, required add-ons and billing period. A subscription that looks inexpensive can still leave out the task you need. The manual option remains a valid alternative if your current workflow is reliable.
