Where Hospitable is stronger

Total cost is more predictable. The free Essentials plan lets you test the inbox, Host covers two properties for $39 a month, and dynamic pricing is part of that price. With Guesty you would add a pricing add-on or a separate tool such as PriceLabs at $14.49 per listing.

Growth stays visible: five listings cost $104 a month on Professional, a public number you can budget against.

Where Guesty Lite is stronger

The entry price is lower: From $9 for one listing and From $18 for two, before add-ons. If you already use a separate pricing tool, that gap is real money.

A direct booking website is listed on Lite itself, where Hospitable requires Professional for direct booking.

Test this before you pay

  1. Change a reservation’s dates on one channel and confirm the calendar, the scheduled message and the cleaning task all move.
  2. Price every add-on you would turn on: pricing, locks, payments. Compare the totals, not the headline.
  3. Ask Guesty what a fourth listing costs before you commit, and whether automations carry over to Pro.

How we chose

  • Same job, same listing counts, official prices checked on the date shown.
  • Starting prices are labeled as starting prices; quotes are never shown as zero.
  • No hands-on reliability, support or sync testing. Commission never changes the verdict.
